A delightful surprise awaits you at the charming hotel nestled in the hillside. The clean and well-equipped rooms offer stunning views of the village and fields. The buffet breakfast on the first floor is a treat, complete with a variety of bread, cheese, and delicious coffee. Although the restaurant has a fixed menu, the food is exceptional. The rustic yet cozy atmosphere adds to the overall charm of the hotel. Just a short walk away, you can enjoy dinner on the terrace while taking in the picturesque surroundings. With a communal kitchen available, you have the option to cook your own meals. Despite the lack of WiFi in the rooms, a reasonable connection is available at the reception. The staff is courteous and multilingual, ensuring a comfortable stay. Despite a minor issue with the first room offered, an alternative option was quickly provided. If you can overlook the lack of some amenities, such as a hairdryer and TV, the peaceful oasis of Le Verger Sous Les Vignes is worth a visit. I highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic small place, it has amazing location close to the restaurant up the hill, the center of everything: Flavigny, Alesis, Fontenay Abbey, Semur-en-Auxois, and Burgundy. The restaurant serves SIMPLE homemade food.

Located in a picturesque countryside setting, this hotel offered a peaceful and quiet atmosphere for our Christmas getaway. the beautiful hilly surroundings provided the perfect backdrop for our walks and exploration of the nearby village. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed the outdoor area where we could relax and take in the scenery. the highlight of our stay was the fantastic food. We had a delicious 4 course meal at the restaurant, which catered to my special diet requirements with great attentiveness. Breakfast was also a treat with fresh bread, croissants, and local cheeses and meats.
Although our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of minor issues. the access to our first room was difficult due to its hilltop location, but the staff were accommodating and offered us a more convenient ground-floor room.

Without a car, it is difficult to get to the hotel located on top of the hill. You must carefully walk down a short but steep hill to reach the hotel. You have to climb up many stairs to get to the restaurant on the hill. once you get there, the beauty of the valley and nature will leave you mesmerized. the rooms are cozy with comfortable beds and beautiful views of the gardens. the breakfast is sumptuous with fresh and delicious options.
The noise level from the communal areas may be a slight problem.

The view from the room and the breakfast on the terrace were nice. the village is very peaceful and the old furniture in the room adds charm.
The climb to the restaurant was tiring and not worth it. the Wi-Fi in the room was weak, which made it difficult to connect.
